In an inspiring moment for young entrepreneurs everywhere, Samuel Flynn, the prodigious CEO and co-founder of Hands In, has been recognised as one of Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders (TTG - 30 Under 30) list. Flynn's nomination underscores the travel's need for innovation and the invaluable role played by dynamic, young leaders.

Reacting to the news, Samuel said, "I'm incredibly honoured and excited to be recognised by TTG - 30 under 30. It's not just a validation for the groundbreaking work we're doing at Hands In, but it's also a significant boost, motivating us to continue transforming and pushing the limits in the online travel sector. This achievement also serves as a potent reminder that age isn’t a barrier to success. With determination and innovative thinking, the opportunities are endless.”

Taking into account that Flynn is just 23 years old, his achievements are nothing short of extraordinary. Hands In has already garnered over £500,000 in seed funding at a multi-million-dollar valuation and has bagged contracts with major Global Online Travel Agencies and Airlines.

This success serves as a testament to both the platform's potential for long-term durability and Flynn's prowess as an innovator. It puts him among many veteran leaders from larger organisations like Tui, Virgin Royal Caribbean. As Samuel puts it, "This provides us with recognition, worthwhile industry connections, and an assurance that Hands In is here for the long haul."

Being one of the youngest and the only entrepreneur among the nominated, the TTG recognition is more than mere acknowledgement. It signals how the industry appreciates innovation.

The idea for Hands In originated during Samuel's university days, when he identified the difficulties in group payments for friends. Channelling his entrepreneurial spirit, Samuel envisioned an integrated solution that would solve payment challenges, not only for his circle but for the travel industry as a whole. Less than 2 years after graduating, Hands In was born.

Today, Flynn’s Hands In is transforming the group payment dynamics in travel and has no plans to slow down. As Samuel puts it "Our mission extends beyond simplifying payments for travellers while making them profitable for companies. Our aim is to unlock the full commercial potential for all”.
